The available offerings include:

• Hourly consulting, mentoring, or executive support packages.
• Online workshops and training sessions in management, marketing, communication, finance and IT.

• Workshops and courses may be paid or fully/partially subsidised through private invitation-only access codes or coupons provided by Polaris Management, S.L.
• Consulting packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to a third party with prior written notice.

• Consulting packages: No cancellations or refunds are accepted. Transfers to third parties are permitted upon notification.
• Workshops and training:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: eligible for 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance: eligible for 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session: no refund.

All materials delivered or shared during the provision of services—whether video content, slides, templates, guides, methods or tools—are the exclusive intellectual property of Polaris Management, S.L.

No part may be copied, shared, modified or used commercially without express written permission.

Polaris Management, S.L. provides professional consulting and training services aimed at business improvement. While advice and resources are offered in good faith, the company does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Polaris Management, S.L. shall not be held liable for business losses, financial damage, or decisions made by clients based on the services provided.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection laws mandate a different jurisdiction.
