Hot analysis of trends in social media for courses of action in Corporate Communications
In the midst of a European war, managing communication becomes crucial for companies with ties to both sides of the conflict. Effective crisis protocols are essential to mitigate economic, social, and reputational losses, especially when navigating the complexities of multinational operations in diverse cultural and linguistic landscapes.
In the challenging scenario of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, our role in managing digital communication for multinational corporations with significant stakes in both countries becomes pivotal. We are tasked with devising and implementing digital communication strategies that navigate the delicate balance of interests, cultural sensitivities, and operational necessities. Our expertise in digital communication, interdisciplinary knowledge, and creative problem-solving skills are crucial in addressing misinformation attacks and discreetly implementing directives from the corporation.
In this high-stakes environment, our approach is characterised by precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of the nuances involved in such a complex geopolitical situation. We ensure that every action taken is aligned with the corporation's objectives, maintaining a discreet yet effective communication stance, crucial in a situation with no clear win-win outcome.

Beginning with monitoring sensitive user-generated content during critical moments, we quickly organised two parallel cabinets to detect organised hoaxes and visually document social network activities in real time, such as closures of premises and factories. This included monitoring stakeholders, allies, and competitors supporting the affected civilian population, and maintaining an online, interactive, real-time rumor map for senior management.
Following approval for the next phase (orderly withdrawal and digital communication), we conducted analytical sketches and documented the company's solidarity actions as part of containment measures for employees and the general population
