How to form self-managed organizations in four cities at the same time?
Exploring the synergy of the simultaneous evolution of self-management within four diverse cities, paving the way for innovative community-driven governance: The management of a unified co-creation project, close to the citizen, oriented and managed by associations of entrepreneurs and within the framework of EU Horizon 2020 it presented numerous challenges, mainly due to the need to harmonize disruptive technologies such as Blockchain and NFC systems with community-driven governance in various European cities.
Simultaneously deploying self-managed organizations in four cities requires navigating complex regulatory environments, ensuring interoperability of digital solutions such as NFT integration and geo-tracking, and fostering stakeholder engagement at multiple levels. The ambition to achieve seamless integration of AI and cybersecurity solutions while promoting open services and user engagement further complicates project management, demanding innovative approaches to collaboration and digital identity verification to ensure successful implementation and scalable impact.

Strategies for Overcoming Misinformation and Enhancing Community Engagement
In our role in the project, we focused on disseminating information, crucial for reaching stakeholders and the broader public. Through a meticulously crafted strategy and content development, we effectively communicated the project's goals and progress, ensuring information was accessible and understandable to all. Furthermore, we implemented an efficient archival methodology and document management system, facilitating quick and easy access to relevant information. This approach not only aided internal organisation but also supported transparency and traceability within the project framework.

Community management was another cornerstone of our efforts, promoting active participation and knowledge exchange. This dynamic created a collaborative and enriching environment, vital for the project's success. Our inclusive and participatory approach ensured all stakeholders' voices were heard and considered.
Finally, we tackled the challenge of combating misinformation, particularly troll farm attacks from outside the EU. Through verification strategies and the dissemination of accurate information, we tirelessly worked to protect the project from the harmful influence of misinformation, ensuring integrity and truth prevailed.
